Refund & Returns Policy

Because each artwork is custom-produced (printed and framed to order), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental ordering.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, has a production defect, or there is an error on our part, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery using the contact form on our website.

Include your order number and clear photos of:

  • The damage or issue

  • The front and back of the frame or print

  • The original packaging, including the shipping label

After review, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.


Shipping Damage

Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved. In some cases, the shipping carrier may require the packaging for inspection.


Return Shipping

  • Returns are not accepted for change of mind or ordering errors.

  • If a resolution requires a return due to damage or an error on our part, return shipping costs are covered by us, unless otherwise specified.


Processing Time for Resolutions

Approved claims are typically resolved within 3–7 business days after all required information is received.


Color Variation

We take care to preserve tonal accuracy and detail. However, colors may appear slightly different in person due to differences in screen calibration, lighting conditions, and viewing environments. These variations do not constitute a defect.
