Refund & Returns Policy

At Lumenwild Fine Art, every piece is custom-produced, printed, and professionally framed to order. Because of this bespoke process, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. However, we are committed to ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition.

1. Damaged or Defective Items If your artwork arrives damaged, has a production defect, or if there is an error in your order, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

  • Reporting Period: Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • How to Report: Email us at info@lumenwildfineart.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (both the artwork and the original packaging).

  • Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will initiate a full replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

2. Return Process & Costs To comply with our "honest and real" commitment, we make our return process straightforward:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Lumenwild Fine Art covers 100% of return shipping costs for damaged or defective items. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email.

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for the return of defective or damaged goods.

  • Return Address: All authorized returns must be sent to our studio headquarters:

Lumenwild Fine Art 492 Tammy Dr. #3 Powell, TN 37849

3. Refund Processing If a refund is requested and approved due to damage or error:

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are issued within 3–7 business days.

  • Method: Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, etc.).

4. Color Variations We strive for extreme tonal accuracy through our manual GIMP enhancement process. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration and lighting environments. These natural variations are a standard part of the fine art printing process and do not constitute a production defect.
