Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Lumenwild Fine Art. To ensure the highest museum-quality standards, each piece is custom-produced to order in partnership with our specialist fine art lab in San Antonio, Texas.

1. Order Processing & Production (Handling Time) All artwork is made-to-order. Production begins once payment is confirmed.

Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday.
Handling Time (Standard Prints): 1–3 business days.
Handling Time (Framed & Matted Works): 3–5 business days.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Times We are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Origin: All orders ship directly from our production partner in San Antonio, TX.
Carrier Partners: We utilize UPS and FedEx for all shipments to ensure secure handling.
Transit Time: 3–7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 business days (Production + Transit).

3. Shipping Details

Shipping Area: We currently ship within the United States only. To ensure safe delivery of fine art, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order departs our Texas facility.
Damaged or Lost Orders: We stand behind the quality of our work. Please contact us at info@lumenwildfineart.com within 5 business days of the marked delivery date if your order is damaged or lost in transit so we can initiate a priority replacement.
