Welcome to Lumenwild Fine Art. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Overview Lumenwild Fine Art offers custom, museum-quality fine art prints, produced to order using professional archival materials. All products are bespoke, created specifically for each customer, and are not mass-produced items. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Products & Orders All artwork sold by Lumenwild Fine Art is:

  • Bespoke & Custom-Made: Each piece is printed and framed specifically for your order.

  • Production Standards: Professionally printed and framed using archival-grade materials.

  • Modification: Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be modified once they have entered the production phase.

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity).

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Currency: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Shipping: Free standard shipping within the United States is included in the listed price.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not enter production until payment is successfully processed. We securely accept major credit cards and Shop Pay.

4. Production & Delivery

  • Timeline: Production and delivery estimates are detailed in our Shipping Policy. While we strive for accuracy, these timelines are estimates and not absolute guarantees.

  • Carrier Liability: Delays caused by third-party carriers (UPS/FedEx), weather, or peak seasonal demand are outside our direct control.

5. Color & Image Representation We utilize a manual enhancement process via GIMP to ensure maximum tonal depth. However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on monitor calibration and display settings.

  • Minor color variations are a natural part of the fine art printing process and do not constitute a defect.

6. Intellectual Property All artwork, images, text, and brand content on this website are the property of Lumenwild Fine Art and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

  • Purchase of a physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

  • Artwork may not be reproduced or redistributed without express written permission.

7. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
